Junior School Leaders
All Year 6 students at Kingswood College have a formal leadership role, overseeing a specific portfolio ranging from Library to House, Music and more. Each portfolio works together at the start of the year to develop an Action Plan that outlines how they will use their leadership position to make a positive difference to the Junior School. This experience for our Year 6's fosters confidence, responsibility, and a strong foundation for future leadership.
Student Ambassadors
Kingswood College offers an ambassador program for students interested in assisting the College at Open Day, school tours and community events. Student Ambassadors work under the guidance of the Admissions Team and Student Activities Coordinator to promote the benefits of a Kingswood College education via their invaluable first-hand experience.
Student Representative Council
Established in 2025, the Student Representative Council (SRC) unites the Student Leadership Team and Year Level Representatives into a single, collaborative forum aimed at promoting student-led initiatives. It offers students a platform to represent their peers, voice their concerns, and contribute meaningfully to the school community by advocating for the issues that matter most to them.
Student Leadership Team
The Student Leadership Team offers our secondary students a meaningful opportunity to develop and demonstrate leadership by representing their peers, leading school initiatives, and contributing to a positive and inclusive school culture. Through roles such as School Captain, House Captain, and a range of cocurricular leadership opportunities, students enhance skills in communication, teamwork, and decision-making while making a tangible impact within the school and broader community.
At Kingswood College we proudly work to fulfil our vision to embolden hearts and inspire minds in a nurturing environment, on land that holds deep cultural significance to the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation. We acknowledge and honour their Elders, past and present, and extend our respect to all First Nations people. Whenever we gather, and wherever we gather, we extend respect and dignity to the first inhabitants of our country and acknowledge the truth about the country on which our school has stood and now stands.
